CARE 

Most of the Estella Bartlett jewellery requires very little care. To keep your Estella Bartlett pieces looking their best, we recommend avoiding contact with water or perfumed products, such as bath or beauty products. It’s also best to remove jewellery while you shower, swim, or go to the gym.

Over time, plated jewellery may tarnish, but you can prolong its life by keeping it out of direct sunlight and storing it in a jewellery box when it isn’t being worn. This also helps to prevent more delicate chains from getting tangled or pulled.

Our bags and accessories may occasionally need a wipe with a damp cloth but should never be machine-washed. Avoid overloading for a longer life.

UK Mainland Standard 1-3 working days Shipping Cost is £5.95 with DPD.

Most shipments are next day delivery unless your order is multi location partial picking.

FREE Delivery for orders over £75 and it takes 1-3 working days.

Click & Collect is Free Of Charge and will be available from the store . You will be notified when you order is ready to pick up. We aim to prepare orders within 24 hours ( 2-4 days in Forest Hill Branch) however, if you are in hurry please contact your choice of pick up location and we will try our best to help. Please note: Local Pick up is not available for (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal) Please use Shop Pay.

Local Delivery is free over £30 within 3km radius for Beckenham and 2km radius for Forest Hill. We aim to deliver 4 days a week locally. If you have any special requirements please add a note to your order or call your closest store for arrangements.

Bigger & Fragile Goods: Standard Shipping Cost £9.95 and it takes 1-3 working days.
