UK Mainland Standard 3-5 working days Shipping Cost is £2.95 with Royal Mail.

Most shipments are next day delivery unless your order is multi location partial picking.

FREE Delivery for orders over £75 and it takes 1-3 working days.

Click & Collect is Free Of Charge and will be available from the store . You will be notified when you order is ready to pick up. We aim to prepare orders within 24 hours ( 2-4 days in Forest Hill Branch) however, if you are in hurry please contact your choice of pick up location and we will try our best to help. Please note: Local Pick up is not available for (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal) Please use Shop Pay.

Local Delivery is free over £30 within 3km radius for Beckenham and 2km radius for Forest Hill. We aim to deliver 4 days a week locally. If you have any special requirements please add a note to your order or call your closest store for arrangements.

Bigger & Fragile Goods: Standard Shipping Cost £9.95 and it takes 1-3 working days.

Lovely, super soft puppy

We bought this for our one year old grandson who absolutely adores it! So much so, that he took it everywhere with him and it got very grubby. So we bought a second one - so that my daughter could sneakily clean it (also just in case we lost it) So now he has 2 of these gorgeous, super soft, cute puppies. The customer service was excellent!
