The first model to come out of Walter Hoys workshop in 1944, the Original Salt-Water Sandal stands out from other summer sandals with its waterproof leather uppers, little way stitched sole and rust proof buckles.

All of our sandals can be worn in the water and can be handwashed with a gentle detergent. They go from childrens all the way through to adult sizes. As seen on longtime fan of the brand Alexa Chung - the navy Salt-Water is one of our best-sellers and is the full stop to every outfit.

Info and Care 

The Original is a roomy sandal and fits comfortably wide. Before you put them on for the first time, stretch out the toe straps and gently bend the sole to ease. Best fitted with toes behind the stitch line. Do not oversize for children with the hope they will last longer - you do not want anyone tripping up!

UK Mainland Standard 3-5 working days Shipping Cost is £2.95 with Royal Mail.

Most shipments are next day delivery unless your order is multi location partial picking.

FREE Delivery for orders over £75 and it takes 1-3 working days.

Click & Collect is Free Of Charge and will be available from the store . You will be notified when you order is ready to pick up. We aim to prepare orders within 24 hours ( 2-4 days in Forest Hill Branch) however, if you are in hurry please contact your choice of pick up location and we will try our best to help. Please note: Local Pick up is not available for (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal) Please use Shop Pay.

Local Delivery is free over £30 within 3km radius for Beckenham and 2km radius for Forest Hill. We aim to deliver 4 days a week locally. If you have any special requirements please add a note to your order or call your closest store for arrangements.

Bigger & Fragile Goods: Standard Shipping Cost £9.95 and it takes 1-3 working days.

Busy Periods: During extremely busy periods: like Christmastime or bank holidays, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to customer service if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Restrictions: Not everything we sell online can be delivered outside of the U.K. due to restrictions upon logistics, legalities and warranties. This includes e.g. flammable liquids e.g. nail varnish, glass, lamps and mirrors.
