Click & Collect is Free Of Charge and will be available from the store . You will be notified when you order is ready to pick up. We aim to prepare orders within 24 hours ( 2-4 days in Forest Hill Branch) however, if you are in hurry please contact your choice of pick up location and we will try our best to help. Please note: Local Pick up is not available for (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal) Please use Shop Pay.
Local Delivery is free over £30 within 3km radius for Beckenham and 2km radius for Forest Hill. We aim to deliver 4 days a week locally. If you have any special requirements please add a note to your order or call your closest store for arrangements.
Bigger & Fragile Goods: Standard Shipping Cost £9.95 and it takes 1-3 working days.
Busy Periods: During extremely busy periods: like Christmastime or bank holidays, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to customer service if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
