Delivery charges

The product was fine and I have no complaints regarding the item. However, the website suggested I needed to spend another £2 for free delivery. I added a greetings card worth £2 to the order, and the total in the basket offered "free delivery". When I paid using Apple quick pay, a delivery charge was suddenly added to the total amount and was taken from my account.
