Kapka’s Abstract enamel mussel pot is bursting with character and is guaranteed to make guests exclaim with delight as you bring it to the table filled with mussels steamed in cider, white wine, or ale. Beautifully crafted, this pot measures 20 cm in diameter and consists of two halves. When serving, simply remove the lid and upturn it to conveniently hold the discarded shells as you enjoy your meal.

This durable and resilient enamelware is perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. Its vibrant colors, achieved by heating to 800°C during production, will stay bright and lively even after multiple dishwasher cycles. Kapka’s enamelware is robust and very unlikely to shatter, but it’s recommended to avoid knocks and bumps to prevent chipping, similar to ceramics or stoneware.

The mussel pot is versatile, suitable for use on the hob and in the oven up to 250°C, but should not be used in the microwave. If cooking on an induction hob, it’s advised to add a little water or oil to the pot.

Kapka is a Turkish brand founded by three close friends—Bilge, Sibel, and Saime—who aim to recreate the enamel designs from their childhood and infuse more color into the dining table. Staying true to the artisan nature of enamelware, Kapka creates each item by hand using traditional methods, making every piece unique. The hand-dipped and hung-to-dry technique may cause slight marks under the rim of the product, a normal characteristic of its handmade nature that does not affect its quality or usage.

UK Mainland Standard 3-5 working days Shipping Cost is £2.95 with Royal Mail.

Most shipments are next day delivery unless your order is multi location partial picking.

FREE Delivery for orders over £75 and it takes 1-3 working days.

Click & Collect is Free Of Charge and will be available from the store . You will be notified when you order is ready to pick up. We aim to prepare orders within 24 hours ( 2-4 days in Forest Hill Branch) however, if you are in hurry please contact your choice of pick up location and we will try our best to help. Please note: Local Pick up is not available for (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal) Please use Shop Pay.

Local Delivery is free over £30 within 3km radius for Beckenham and 2km radius for Forest Hill. We aim to deliver 4 days a week locally. If you have any special requirements please add a note to your order or call your closest store for arrangements.
