Click & Collect is Free Of Charge and will be available from the store . You will be notified when you order is ready to pick up. We aim to prepare orders within 24 hours ( 2-4 days in Forest Hill Branch) however, if you are in hurry please contact your choice of pick up location and we will try our best to help. Please note: Local Pick up is not available for (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal) Please use Shop Pay.
Local Delivery is free over £30 within 3km radius for Beckenham and 2km radius for Forest Hill. We aim to deliver 4 days a week locally. If you have any special requirements please add a note to your order or call your closest store for arrangements.
Bigger & Fragile Goods: Standard Shipping Cost £9.95 and it takes 1-3 working days.
Busy Periods: During extremely busy periods: like Christmastime or bank holidays, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to customer service if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
Restrictions: Not everything we sell online can be delivered outside of the U.K. due to restrictions upon logistics, legalities and warranties. This includes e.g. flammable liquids e.g. nail varnish, glass, lamps and mirrors.

Lost Delivery: What can I do if something is wrong with my order? If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please send us an email to info@bunka.co.uk and we will sort it out.
My parcel was left on the doorstep by royal mail. Has been taken. Royal mail have said to contact Bunka as they must claim for goods not received their end. Bunk are ignoring my messages after telling me I need to sort out myself with Royal Mail. Very disappointed in customer service.
Hi Sharon, we have never eceieved an email from you. We have also left you so many messages to ask a few question to file a complain. We haven't heard from you yet. Please can you contact our email and or call back. It is more efficent to deal with it that way. This is how we deal with Royal Mail in this way not through social platforms.
