All of Matthew Calving jewellery is made in solid Sterling Silver.

Silver will eventually lose its lustre or shine. To keep your jewellery looking its best we recommend you store each item separately to avoid scratching or marking. Remove before applying makeup or skin or hair products. Remove before bathing or showering. Avoid contact with water and harsh chemicals. Clean occasionally by gently wiping with a clean, dry and soft cloth. Plated jewellery will eventually lose its colour. This depends on the PH of the skin, the type of jewellery and how often the piece is worn. Rings and bracelets have more continuous skin contact and will fade faster than earrings or pendants.

UK Mainland Standard 3-5 working days Shipping Cost is £2.95 with Royal Mail.

Most shipments are next day delivery unless your order is multi location partial picking.

FREE Delivery for orders over £75 and it takes 1-3 working days.

Click & Collect is Free Of Charge and will be available from the store . You will be notified when you order is ready to pick up. We aim to prepare orders within 24 hours ( 2-4 days in Forest Hill Branch) however, if you are in hurry please contact your choice of pick up location and we will try our best to help. Please note: Local Pick up is not available for (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal) Please use Shop Pay.

Local Delivery is free over £30 within 3km radius for Beckenham and 2km radius for Forest Hill. We aim to deliver 4 days a week locally. If you have any special requirements please add a note to your order or call your closest store for arrangements.

Bigger & Fragile Goods: Standard Shipping Cost £9.95 and it takes 1-3 working days.
